What you are looking at
taw is a popup for tmux. It lists every session and the coding agents running in them, each with its state: โธ blocked, waiting on you, โ done, finished while you were elsewhere, โต working, โ idle. ๐ฆ after an agent's name says it runs in a container. The top line counts them across every machine.
Here it runs over a made-up setup: this computer, and three others reached over your ssh. Studio and build-box are connected, pi dropped off two minutes ago, so its rows are greyed. With taw installed on your other machines there is no daemon and no account, and a change on one reaches the list within a second. This page runs a copy of the popup's logic on sample data, and nothing in it touches a real tmux. The real popup runs in your own tmux, where herdr's detection engine reads 22 agents: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Copilot CLI, Cursor, Amp and more.
Get it
set -g @plugin '27medkamal/tmux-agent-wizard'
Add that line to your tmux.conf and press prefix + I. The first load downloads taw for your machine (macOS or Linux), then prefix + A opens this popup over your own tmux. Everything else, including how it compares with herdr and plain tmux, is at github.com/27medkamal/tmux-agent-wizard.
